Please note that all items purchased are pre-order only, meaning shipping will occur once the collection is ready, with an estimated lead time of 4–5 weeks. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Australian Domestic Shipping

Once your order is ready for shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your email. All orders are shipped with online tracking via Australia Post.

International Shipping

We are now offering international shipping via DHL Express. Once your order is ready, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping price for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. DHL will contact you directly to pay any applicable fees when your parcel enters your country.

If these fees are not paid and your parcel is returned to us, we are unable to provide a refund. We also cannot refund lost or stolen packages, so please ensure your shipping address is secure.

Each of our bags are lovingly handmade in small quantities crafted with care. Due to their unique craftsmanship, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.


Repairs

Every Asteri bag is designed to stay beautiful for years. If any damage should occur within twelve months of purchase, we’ll happily provide complimentary repairs. Shipping costs will apply.
